Torn This Way
I am suffering from what I call torn-for-my-future syndrome. I have two great job offers right now, to work on a 5-star Hotel or for a marketing office selling high-end condominiums.
These past few days have been tough. I mean, you are being offered by the Hotel almost thrice your base salary (marketing office) while the marketing office is giving you the privilege of selling the most exclusive condominiums in this country which only the “Elite” (as what the officers say) can sell, plus you can be an instant millionaire.
I am torn! As to what my friends and family’s opinions, they would want me to work in the Hotel Industry but in my heart, I know that I can be great in selling these exclusive condominiums and I am competitive and driven enough to face the marketing world. LOL.
At the end of the day, it will be my choice. I hope and pray that sooner or later, I will be able to decipher what my future wants for me. Anyway, I know my future will be a blast! LOL.
